Today is going horribly wrong

An account has been fucked up, actually two accounts… One a very large client of ours, and the other one not so much.
However, the not-so-much client cannot afford to have any increases, and they just received two in the last 20 days. FUCK!
Well now on to the large client, as I delve deeper and deeper into the account, I notice the service change should have been handled eons ago...
