So I have decided that after a week of not working out and living off of Red Baron (the best frozen pizza EVER!) pizza and beer with Nathan, that I am now going back to the uber healthy, drive other people nuts diet. That’s right folks no soda, junk food, fast food, fried food, white meats only and oh god…. cutting WAY back on cheese. <——- which makes me SOOOOOOO sad. No excessive amounts of sweet tea, tall coffee’s only, 2 beers max every other day although I may just do a glass of red wine every other day or something. Let the games begin.
I may have to jump on board with you, woman. I’ve not gained weight, which is amazing considering my diet of late, but i’m stuck at 135 and it’s not budging. Biggest evil thing… going out to eat for lunch. I am BAD. It needs to get cut down to once a week, tops. And can I just tell you, when I DO go out to lunch, it WILL be at MacCools, because their $5.99 lunch menu OWNS!
